Maintenance Engineer – Automation & New Technology Integration

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer will plan and integrate automation equipment and new technologies into mass production, ensuring timely migration and supporting multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate innovative automation technologies and lead them to production lines.
• Control progress of technology integration projects to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Assess new automation modules with suppliers and reduce development cycle time.
• Propose efficiency improvements and cost reductions for automation equipment.
• Set up development processes, provide training, and offer technical support across sites.

Required profile

• Senior knowledge of laser technology, Taguchi Method, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality control.
• Strong project management and coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and risk assessment for automation.
• Experience reviewing machinery drawings and working with PLCs, server control and PC‑based development.
