Líder de Lifecycle Marketing

About the role

The Lifecycle Marketing Leader will design, implement and optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey for a digital commerce business. The focus is on increasing conversion, retention, purchase frequency and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) through data‑driven CRM strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead CRM and Lifecycle Marketing strategies across email, SMS and push‑notification channels.
• Create, implement and optimise automated customer journeys such as welcome flows, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, re‑engagement and cross‑sell sequences.
• Develop segmentation and personalisation rules based on purchase history, frequency and monetary value.
• Plan and execute revenue‑focused promotional campaigns for e‑commerce growth.
• Analyse CRM and business KPIs including LTV, churn, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, CTR and revenue.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve campaign content, segmentation and journey performance.
• Collaborate closely with E‑commerce, Performance, Marketing, Creative and Data teams.
• Maintain database quality, consent management and deliverability standards.
• Identify growth, loyalty and retention opportunities through customer behaviour analysis.

Required profile

• 4 to 7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, Retention or Growth Marketing.
• Proven track record in e‑commerce, DTC, B2C or other digital business models.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret LTV, churn and conversion metrics.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, creative and data teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Klaviyo (flow creation, segmentation, campaign management and performance analysis).
