About the role

The club is seeking a dynamic leader to drive its events, marketing and public relations initiatives. The role combines strategic planning, budget oversight and hands‑on execution to attract, retain and engage members through high‑impact activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and supervise integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with club objectives.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Create strategic plans for member attraction, retention and integration.
• Lead the full lifecycle of events, from concept to logistics and post‑event analysis.
• Execute public‑relations campaigns and maintain media presence.
• Negotiate and manage sponsorships with corporate partners.
• Maintain and grow the club’s social‑media channels and digital platforms.
• Support tournament committees and coordinate press conferences, meetings and special‑event seating.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present the annual activity calendar to the Board.
• Supervise coordinators and assistants, and travel to multiple venues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Social Communication or a related field.
• 3‑4 years or more of experience in marketing, public relations and large‑scale event coordination.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, budget administration, sponsorship management and crisis communication.
• Proficiency in English is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends when events demand.
