Leasing Sales Specialist – Mobile Home Communities

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Leasing Sales Specialist to convert inquiries into signed leases for approximately 60 mobile home units. This role focuses on lead conversion, customer communication, and managing the leasing pipeline from initial contact through lease signing.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound calls, texts, and messages.
• Build rapport with prospects, identify housing needs, and communicate property features and availability.
• Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled tours, confirm appointments, and reduce no‑shows.
• Guide applicants through the application process and ensure completeness before submission.
• Manage and update property listings on platforms such as Zillow, MH Village, Trulia, HotPads, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Coordinate tours with property supervisors and follow up promptly after tours.
• Handle lease renewal communications, build relationships with current tenants, and identify opportunities for renters to become owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or lead conversion.
• Strong spoken and written English with a confident telephone presence.
• Ability to build trust quickly, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple active leads.
• Reliable internet and availability during required U.S. working hours.

Required skills
