Learning & Development Coordinator

About the role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join its pre‑opening team. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will help bring the Four Seasons culture, service standards and Golden Rule to life through organized, engaging learning experiences for every employee.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, materials, schedules, attendance and communications for all property learning and development programs.
• Support delivery of Four Seasons induction and onboarding programs, including Embark, cultural orientation and Tropicalia immersion experiences.
• Assist with high‑volume orientation, onboarding and service‑culture training for newly hired staff during the pre‑opening phase.
• Facilitate selected training sessions in English and Spanish covering orientation, culture, service and compliance.
• Maintain annual and monthly training calendars and align learning activities with department leaders.

Required profile

• Previous experience coordinating learning or training programs, preferably in a hospitality or pre‑opening environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and the L&D manager.
