People and Culture Supervisor

About the role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is building its pre‑opening team and seeks a People and Culture Supervisor to ensure smooth daily HR operations. Reporting to the People and Culture leadership, you will act as the primary liaison for employees and candidates, fostering a welcoming and caring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and candidate inquiries, delivering timely, confidential, and professional responses.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including pre‑employment documentation, onboarding, transfers, leave administration, and separations.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, certifications, and other HR documentation in compliance with Four Seasons standards and Dominican labor law.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in Workday and local HR systems.
• Support benefits administration, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration or employee services, preferably in hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dominican labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
