IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining office equipment and computer systems, providing high‑quality on‑site support to employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Ticket resolution for internal and client issues.
• Onboard and offboard employees, including workstation setup.
• Inventory control, asset tracking and management reporting.
• Server maintenance and firewall ownership.
• Guide, help and train staff responsible for IT assets.
• Cisco network management and overall network troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual IT maintenance during non‑production hours.
• Enforce IT security protocols and HIPAA compliance.
• Hardware stock control (PCs, monitors, peripherals).
• Installation of computer equipment and coordination with suppliers.
• Negotiate with vendors for better quotes and delivery.
• Collaborate with IT teams at other company sites worldwide.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a corporate or BPO environment.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows administrative tools, networking and hardware support.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work shifts and adjust schedule based on business needs.
• Availability to work 100% on‑site and outside regular business hours when required.
