IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote team of 4,000+ people, is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter. The role analyzes the pool of pre-vetted candidates to staff ongoing IT business opportunities and acts as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, prepare and present candidates, and manage the full vetting process from the client side
• Handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines
• Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines
• Write summaries and edit resumes so candidates are presented effectively
• Communicate with clients, Client Services and Sales teams

Required profile

• Experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates clearly
• Nice to have: previous IT industry knowledge or technical background
• Advanced level of English; the role requires fluency in English
