IT Project Manager – Remote

About the role

As an IT Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large‑scale technology projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver staff‑augmentation and software delivery solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic technology plans to support organizational effectiveness.
• Organize and monitor project outcomes, coach team members, and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Foster reliable communication, develop team relationships, and identify growth opportunities for staff retention.
• Evaluate and optimize billable utilization, support capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support IT strategies by evaluating outcomes, identifying issues, and understanding requirements.
• Contribute to financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, variance review, and corrective actions.
• Implement and follow organizational standards to ensure quality service.
• Assist the team in achieving related results as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Client‑focused mindset with experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Proven multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• People‑management experience, including performance planning and team development.
• Solid technical background in the IT industry.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
