International Sales VIE – Customer & Commercial Management

About the role

The Sales VIE will support Forvia’s commercial activities by building strong relationships with key customers, preparing competitive offers, negotiating contracts and managing the profitability of products throughout their life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customer stakeholders in purchasing, engineering and program management; regularly visit customers and document outcomes.
• Prepare competitive commercial offers, understand costing files and financial business cases, define pricing strategies and lead negotiations while protecting profitability.
• Handle Engineering Change Requests, assess impacts on piece price, tooling costs and development activities, and monitor variable cost margin performance.
• Act as Program Sales Leader within the Program Core Team, support business case preparation, negotiate commercial aspects of program changes and monitor program profitability.
• Ensure compliance with sales administration procedures, manage purchase orders, invoicing, payment terms and spare‑parts revenue optimisation.
• Contribute to sales growth, profitability and customer‑satisfaction targets and support continuous improvement of commercial best practices.
