Infrastructure Administrator II (IT Systems & Network)

About the role

National Debt Relief is looking for an Infrastructure Administrator II to join its growing Infrastructure team. The role combines systems and network administration across on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security and performance of critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments, both physical and virtual.
• Configure, install and maintain hardware, operating systems, software and related services.
• Manage Active Directory/Entra, Group Policy, and identity/security services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and related deployment tools.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of operational tasks.
• Monitor backups, patch management, antivirus and application deployment solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and wireless infrastructure.
• Design and optimise network configurations in AWS and Azure, integrating hybrid environments.
• Implement network security policies using Fortinet, Palo Alto and Netskope.
• Serve as Level‑3 escalation point and contribute to disaster‑recovery planning.
• Document procedures, create knowledge‑base articles and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience in both systems and network administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and within project teams.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation and handle escalations.
