RevOps & AI Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a full-time RevOps & AI Consultant to design and implement revenue operations processes and technology solutions for our clients. The consultant will work across marketing, sales, customer success, and other operational functions to develop CRM workflows, automation rules, integrations, reporting systems, and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client operations and identify opportunities to improve revenue processes, data quality, visibility, and collaboration.
• Design and implement CRM processes, workflows, automation rules, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and reporting structures.
• Integrate CRM platforms with marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and operational systems.
• Build reports, dashboards, forecasting models, and other decision‑support tools.
• Develop and deploy AI‑enabled solutions for lead scoring, forecasting, customer insights, process automation, and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Strong consulting capabilities, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
