Industry Project & Business Development Manager

About the role

The Industry Project & Business Development Manager will drive the growth of our industrial services portfolio, aligning with product line strategies and market needs. You will be responsible for commercial project leadership from proposal to delivery, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Implement market‑specific strategies to develop industry services in line with company goals.
• Achieve financial KPIs such as revenue, operating profit and sales budget for the business unit.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and identify new service opportunities.
• Lead commercial aspects of projects from offer stage through implementation and closure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of commercial offers.
• Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and keep client data up to date.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management or business development.
• Knowledge of certification and conformity assessment markets, especially Site Management, PED, IWE, EWE, and NDT.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
