Human Resources Manager

About the role

SD Concerts is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for its Santo Domingo operations. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring HR programs align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to leadership, providing business‑focused guidance and people strategies.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee development, engagement and off‑boarding.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and separations.
• Ensure compliance with Dominican Republic labor laws, social security requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data and transactions in Workday.
• Lead performance and talent management initiatives, partnering with managers to set expectations and deliver feedback.

• Strong knowledge of Dominican labor regulations and HR best practices.
