Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology staffing firm with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote professionals, is hiring a Hiring Journey Analyst. You will be the main point of contact for candidates in your pipeline, guiding them through the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings, including tech and non-tech profiles, and ensuring a fast, accurate process that meets client needs and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress and act as the main contact, building strong relationships during the selection process.
• Keep detailed records of applicants, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interviews and coding challenges, and take part in client interviews as the link between candidate and client.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Gather and share complete information about a large volume of potential matches so the Staffing team can allocate resources effectively.
