Healthcare Operations Manager

About the role

Horatio is looking for a results‑oriented Healthcare Operations Manager to lead and coordinate its client‑facing healthcare services. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery of healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational management systems, processes and best practices focused on client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze financial and operational data to drive efficiency, profitability and service quality.
• Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs related to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, mentor and supervise large teams (15+ members) to foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and addressing their needs proactively.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer service and client engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations management, with significant client‑facing responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large teams (15+ individuals).
• Excellent near‑native English writing skills for client communications.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in G Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
