Gestor de Personas – Maternity Cover

About the role

The company is looking for a People Manager to cover a maternity leave. The role ensures proper administration of personnel, labor relations and the execution of human‑resource processes in the assigned operational centers.

Key responsibilities

• Report variable data for accurate payroll processing and manage the registration and tracking of temporary staff according to planned dates.
• Record employee entry and maintain personal files with precision and order.
• Guarantee traceability of data updates, changes and staff movements.
• Coordinate timely delivery of work tools, uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct induction processes for all new hires.
• Train and support leaders and employees to ensure compliance with the RIT, Code of Ethics and other company directives.
• Handle labor‑relations actions (dismissal, resignation, abandonment, warnings) in coordination with legal advisors.
• Monitor absenteeism, tardiness, vacations and occupational risk, implementing initiatives to reduce negative operational impact.
• Perform periodic visits with team leaders and produce reports on improvement opportunities in the assigned centers.
• Carry out other functions aligned with the mission of the position.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Psychology, Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of HR experience in companies with more than 200 employees.
• Availability to cover a maternity leave.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 or similar productivity suite.
• Experience using virtual communication applications.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP.
