About the role

We are looking for a Loyalty Strategy Manager who deeply understands customer behavior, identifies lifecycle opportunities, and turns insights into measurable initiatives. The role focuses on driving engagement, activation, retention, and recurring usage of our digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead engagement, activation, retention, and recurrence strategies to increase active users and usage frequency.
• Define, monitor, and manage key performance indicators for engagement, activation, retention, churn, and recurrence.
• Analyze customer behavior and segment audiences to create personalized communications and experiences.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize adoption, usage, and customer bonding.
• Manage personalized campaigns and journeys using CRM, marketing automation, and digital channels.
• Identify and resolve friction points affecting adoption, retention, or recurrence.
• Develop loyalty initiatives, communities, and content that strengthen customer connection to the solution.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience in Engagement, Growth, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Strategy, Digital Product, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record managing business and customer behavior indicators.
• Background designing campaigns, journeys, or initiatives focused on activation and retention.
• Preferably experience with digital products in fintech, payments, marketplaces, telecom, or loyalty programs.
