About the role

We are seeking a Marketing and Trade Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and commercial execution for alcoholic beverage brands in the Dominican Republic. The role will drive brand positioning, sales growth, and profitability across all distribution channels and points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing and trade marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead advertising, promotional and communication campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Develop and execute activation and promotion plans for each sales channel.
• Ensure consistent brand identity at every consumer touch‑point.
• Manage visibility and exhibition materials to maximize market presence.
• Administer marketing and trade marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and brand performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Track and report KPIs for campaigns, promotions and commercial activities.
• Drive innovation and launch new products.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations and other key functions.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, fostering a results‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or alcoholic‑beverage companies.
• Proven experience in developing marketing, trade marketing, promotions and activation plans.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
