Gerente de Business Intelligence (BI)

About the role

The Business Intelligence Manager will design and lead data strategies, turning raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. Acting as the bridge between technology and commercial needs, the role ensures data drives efficiency and profitability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s BI strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to maximize the use of data‑analysis tools.
• Manage data integration across ERP, CRM and other systems.
• Evaluate, select and oversee BI platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Lake, SAP Datasphere, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Lead and mentor the BI team, including analysts and data engineers.
• Prioritize BI projects and collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Supervise the creation of reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Participate in initiatives for data‑driven automation, predictive analytics and machine‑learning solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master’s in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science or a technology‑focused MBA (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI or data analysis, with proven team‑leadership experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, innovation, consistency and teamwork.
