Bilingual Cybersecurity Analyst – Identity & Access Management

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Cybersecurity Analyst with hands‑on experience in identity and access management, SIEM monitoring, and incident response. The role is based on‑site in Santo Domingo and reports to the CISO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identities, roles, permissions, and access reviews in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, RBAC, identity lifecycle controls, and privileged access management (PAM).
• Monitor and investigate security alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity platforms, and other critical sources.
• Perform alert triage, identify false positives, assess severity, and escalate cases according to SLAs.
• Correlate logs, indicators of compromise, and suspicious activity using MITRE ATT&CK.
• Execute response playbooks for phishing, malware, ransomware, compromised accounts, and unauthorized access.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with practical exposure to IAM, security monitoring, or incident response.
• Bilingual Spanish‑English communication skills, able to understand technical documentation and security alerts.
• Solid knowledge of authentication, authorization, least‑privilege and segregation of duties.
