Gerente de Adquisición Digital

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to lead and optimise the full customer‑acquisition system, bridging paid advertising, organic content, scriptwriting, CRM and the sales team. The role will design strategies to attract prospects, generate demand, optimise the lead journey and work closely with sales to turn opportunities into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise Paid Ads strategies, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
• Manage high‑volume advertising budgets, including investments of thousands of dollars per day.
• Create, develop and supervise ad copy, reels and other content focused on acquisition and conversion.
• Define and execute Content Marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Continuously analyse and optimise campaign performance, creatives, audiences and acquisition funnels.
• Oversee CRM operations, guaranteeing proper lead tracking, management and utilisation.
• Design and improve automation, tracking and prospect‑nurturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, monitoring lead quality, follow‑up and conversion rates.
• Identify bottlenecks between marketing and sales and propose process improvements.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Proven experience connecting Paid Ads, Content Marketing, Scriptwriting, CRM and Sales.
• Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end customer acquisition journey.
• Ability to analyse data and optimise every stage from ad exposure to sales closure.
