About the role

Las Empanadas is looking for a responsible and agile individual to join the kitchen team as a Fryer (Line Services). The role is ideal for candidates seeking stable income, hands‑on experience in food preparation, and a respectful work environment that supports personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Fry empanadas following established time and temperature guidelines.
• Prepare sauces and assist with overall kitchen organization.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Adhere to hygiene and food‑handling standards.
• Support customer service, handle cash transactions, and deliver orders.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Male candidate (as specified in the posting).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a kitchen or as a fryer.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
• Responsible, agile, organized, and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of RD$18,500 plus additional shift allowances (≈ RD$3,105), total ≈ RD$21,605.
• Six‑day work week (7 am – 3 pm) with one day off.
• Lunch and dinner provided during shifts, plus a 2 h 30 min break.
• Schedule suitable for students or those pursuing evening training.
