Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning Analyst will own the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes for HybridNclusion. You will provide timely, reliable information to senior management, build and maintain financial models, and translate results into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecast across all areas and sub‑centers.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models covering P&L, cash flow and key operating drivers.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and profitability analysis by business unit.
• Develop financial evaluations for new investments and projects, including NPV, IRR and payback calculations.
• Prepare management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for the Finance Manager and executive team.
• Act as a financial business partner to operating areas, supporting decision‑making.
• Assist with monthly/annual accounting close and drive process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA) or Financial Management (desirable).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance or audit.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis.
• Experience in companies with distributed operations is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, SUMIFS/AVERAGEIFS, INDEX/MATCH, financial models).
• Experience with ERP systems and business‑intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and DGII tax regulations.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) for reporting and presentations.
