About the role

The Legal Specialist will support the firm by analyzing cases, reviewing applicable regulations, and proposing solutions for daily legal matters. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, legal writings, reports, and other documents while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client cases and assess relevant legal norms.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal consultancy support during client meetings, gather information, and explain legal implications.
• Coordinate with team members to monitor case files, deadlines, and interactions with authorities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on procedural steps with governmental bodies.

Required profile

• Male candidate.
• Law degree graduate.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Dominican laws and regulations.
• Experience drafting demands, payment notices, and legal documents.
• Familiarity with embargo retentivo procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and team.
• Previous experience working in law offices, preferably in the civil and commercial chamber of the National District.

Required skills

What we offer

• Starting salary of RD$30,000, increasing to RD$35,000 after three months.
• Full‑time onsite position, Monday to Friday.
