About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the Integrated Information Systems (SII) team, a technology company that modernises banking in the Dominican Republic and the wider region. The role focuses on driving B2B sales of fintech solutions to banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to grow local and international market share.
• Manage and expand relationships with key banking accounts.
• Identify high‑value opportunities and lead negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.
• Represent SII at local and international events, fairs and corporate activities.
• Translate market trends into strategic recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in banking, technology or software.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value accounts.
• Consultative selling approach with strong analytical decision‑making.
