About the role

The Customer Loyalty Specialist will design and execute strategies that increase client interaction, usage, and long‑term retention for our credit‑card portfolio. The role bridges the gap between the first contact and sustained engagement, ensuring a smooth experience for customers throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and launch usage and financing strategies for credit‑card (TC and TD) customers to boost revenue.
• Define and implement differentiated product offers and financing proposals for high‑potential segments.
• Collaborate on multi‑channel campaigns that drive client interaction and commitment.
• Conduct RFM analysis to identify top customers and tailor special offers.
• Monitor activity indicators and churn rates, launching practical loyalty campaigns as needed.
• Identify improvement opportunities for mass limit‑increase criteria and coordinate recommendations with relevant units.
• Manage mass limit‑increase applications for customers with favorable credit behavior.
• Propose and oversee reactivation and retention initiatives, ensuring proper segmentation and data delivery to outbound agents.
• Generate and analyze reports on retention, churn, and activity metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
• Strong data‑analysis capability.
• Leadership abilities and capacity to work collaboratively across teams.
