About the role
Academia de Lenguas is seeking a full‑time English teacher to join its language institute in Distrito Nacional. The role involves delivering both in‑person and virtual classes from Monday to Thursday, with optional Saturday work.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons.
- Create an interactive and motivating learning environment.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the academy.
Required profile
- Open to learning and continuous improvement.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
- Dynamic, committed and creative teaching approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resident of Distrito Nacional or Santo Domingo with a Dominican ID.
- Available for on‑site training and able to teach both in‑person and virtual classes.
