Engineer II – Manufacturing

About the role

Integer is seeking an Engineer II to support manufacturing activities for its medical device and specialty battery businesses. The role blends standard engineering methods with opportunities to apply advanced concepts while ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Apply general engineering methods and tools to develop and improve products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, FDA regulations, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
• Work independently, with occasional guidance, to evaluate, select, and adapt engineering techniques.
• Review procedures and plans before implementation and conduct failure analysis on existing products and processes.
• Participate in moderate‑complexity projects, documenting and implementing new product and process technologies.
• Plan, schedule, and execute engineering tasks within larger projects or lead smaller‑scope initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering background with ability to work autonomously and follow guidance from senior staff.
• Strong attention to regulatory and quality standards in a medical‑device environment.
• Proactive mindset to identify technical challenges and suggest improvements.
