About the role

Join AES, a global energy leader, in a 2‑year trainee program starting January 2027. Rotations every six months across commercial, maintenance and preventive maintenance functions in Santo Domingo/Boca Chica will give you hands‑on experience contributing to a sustainable energy future.

Key responsibilities

Participate in high‑impact projects within commercial, maintenance or preventive maintenance departments.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with graduation expected between December 2024 and December 2026.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency.

Required skills

Strong analytical mindset.
Ability to work in team‑oriented environments.
