About the role
AES is launching a 2‑year Energy4Talent Trainee program in the Dominican Republic, offering recent graduates the chance to contribute to sustainable energy projects while rotating through commercial, maintenance and preventive‑maintenance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in six‑month rotations across different business areas, including Commercial, Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
- Lead high‑impact projects that support AES’s goal of delivering cleaner, safer energy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December 2024 and December 2026.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
