Energy4Talent Trainee 2027 – DR

About the role

AES is launching a two‑year Energy4Talent trainee program in the Dominican Republic. Selected graduates will rotate every six months across commercial, maintenance and preventive‑maintenance functions, contributing to AES’s mission of delivering safe, clean energy.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial teams in market analysis and client engagement.
• Assist maintenance crews with operational tasks and data collection.
• Participate in preventive‑maintenance planning and execution.
• Lead small‑scale projects that drive efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Required profile

• Graduated between December 2024 and December 2026 with a bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent or advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Motivation to develop a career in the energy sector.
