Remote Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between our organization and its clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Working remotely from the Dominican Republic, you will coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and courteous service, handling complaints, escalations, and following up to gather feedback.
• Gather, organize, and maintain accurate case documentation, ensuring files are up‑to‑date and compliant with service level agreements, while collaborating with Enrolled Agents on tax‑related issues.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build rapport to encourage repeat business and referrals, and actively seek client testimonials to support growth.

Required profile

• Must be located in the Dominican Republic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Proven client relationship management experience focused on satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
