About the role
The Energy4Talent Trainee program is a two‑year rotational scheme designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in the energy sector. Based in Santo Domingo/Boca Chica, trainees will work on real projects that support AES’s mission of delivering safe, clean and sustainable power.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in six‑month rotations across Commercial, Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance functions.
- Lead high‑impact projects that contribute to operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
- Develop technical and behavioral competencies through structured training and mentoring.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December 2024 and December 2026.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects.
