About the role

This position focuses on collecting and analyzing production, sales, and inventory data to create accurate material plans that meet customer order requirements. The role also provides data support and guidance to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop material requirement plans by integrating production, sales, and inventory data, lead new‑product material preparation, and provide SKU‑level rolling forecasts to suppliers.
• Monitor semi‑finished goods consumption, manage safety stock, drive obsolete stock disposition, and create inventory dashboards with automated alerts.
• Coordinate with suppliers on overdue orders, handle reconciliation and invoicing, and promote digitalization of supplier delivery data.
• Rapidly resolve material shortages, incorrect shipments, and transport delays, and build a knowledge base of abnormal cases.
• Analyze core metrics such as on‑time delivery and inventory turnover, design data dashboards, and implement RPA or low‑code tools to automate repetitive tasks.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a science or engineering field.
• Strong aptitude for process optimization and digital solutions.
• Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Dedicated, patient, and able to communicate effectively.
