About the role
The Cost Management Officer will ensure the profitability of the business by overseeing cost control, product costing, and pricing. The role supports operational areas in budgeting, inventory management, and purchase settlement, providing analytical insight to drive financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform periodic costing of products and maintain up‑to‑date price lists.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted).
- Process settlement of local and international purchases.
- Audit inventories and production processes to control waste and discrepancies.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in cost management, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and assertive communication skills.
