About the role
The position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a pharmacy branch in Santo Domingo. The incumbent will ensure high‑quality service, compliance with health regulations, and efficient management of staff and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacy personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of medication stocks and ensure proper handling of pharmaceuticals.
- Manage interactions with health insurance providers (ARS) and process related transactions.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve results.
- Address customer needs promptly and maintain a service‑focused environment.
Required profile
- University student or high‑school graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations.
- Experience handling ARS (health insurance) processes.
- Committed, proactive, dynamic, diligent, and results‑oriented.
- Ability to manage personnel and work with a sense of urgency.
- Residency in Santo Domingo.
