Encargado/a de Contabilidad – Experiencia indispensable en Alegra

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will ensure accurate recording, control, analysis and monitoring of all accounting and financial operations of the company. The role requires a highly organized and analytical professional capable of handling multiple accounting, administrative and financial processes simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Record and supervise all income, expenses, purchases and other transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounts receivable and payable, and perform periodic bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly closing, cash‑flow statements and financial reports for management.
• Coordinate supplier payments, verify invoices and fiscal documents, and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in budget preparation, control and variance analysis.
• Support payroll preparation and personnel‑related financial commitments.
• Maintain all accounting records accurately in the Alegra system, including invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations and reporting.
• Identify and correct accounting errors or inconsistencies promptly.
• Provide required information to external accountants, tax advisors and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience with the Alegra accounting software.
• Strong organizational, analytical and result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting and financial processes simultaneously.
