About the role

We are looking for an Information Security and Data Privacy Manager to lead the design, implementation and governance of our information security framework. You will work closely with IT, legal and business units to embed security practices across all processes, ensuring the organization follows a clear set of policies and procedures to protect its data assets and comply with relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement information security policies, standards and procedures aligned with ISO 27001.
• Identify, assess and monitor information security risks, anticipating threats and reducing potential impact.
• Develop and maintain risk treatment plans and security awareness programs.
• Monitor and analyze security controls to ensure effectiveness and promptly address any gaps.
• Coordinate incident response activities to minimize operational, financial and reputational damage.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Cybersecurity Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar information security role.
• Residency in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate security incidents.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 information security standard.
• Risk assessment methodologies.
