About the role
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for guaranteeing that all company obligations related to the acquisition of goods or services are accurately recorded in the accounting system within the required period. The role ensures that these entries are supported according to internal policies, enabling timely payments to suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Record all purchase-related obligations in the accounting system promptly.
- Verify that each entry complies with company policies and documentation standards.
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure payments are made within agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or a related field.
- Preferably a diploma in taxes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounts payable role.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
