About the role

The Construction Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all testing procedures are correctly performed, that applicable technical standards are met, and that test results are reliable. This role guarantees that materials used in construction projects comply with technical specifications, contractual requirements, and the organization’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of material testing for soil mechanics, asphalt mixes, concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and relevant ASTM, AASHTO, and ACI standards.
• Validate the reliability and accuracy of test results before they are used in project decisions.
• Coordinate with project teams to address any non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with technical and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control or material testing.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO and ACI standards.
