Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

Community Sports Partners seeks a proactive professional to combine email and SMS marketing expertise with sales follow‑through and day‑to‑day coordination of pickup games. You will drive interest into bookings, support facility sales, and ensure smooth game operations for repeat participation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email/SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, registrations and offers.
• Create segmented audiences by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Maintain accurate inventory of locations, dates, time slots, capacity and pricing; respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• Coordinate pickup‑game listings, monitor registrations, manage player communications and address low‑enrolment issues.
• Track campaign performance, delivery metrics, bookings and revenue; report on qualified enquiries and repeat participation.

Required profile

• Practical experience building email campaigns and SMS automations.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage schedules, prices and customer records.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.

What we offer

• Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
• Monthly base salary US$800–US$1,000 plus variable commissions US$500–US$1,000.
• Total expected earnings US$1,300–US$2,000 per month.
• Evening and weekend shifts aligned with peak customer activity.
