Bilingual Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

One Park Financial is looking for a bilingual Email Marketing Specialist to drive its marketing automation, lead‑generation, and customer‑engagement initiatives. The role focuses on managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and executing high‑impact email campaigns for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and customize Pardot instances, ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability tools (MX Toolbox, Google Postmaster, Glock Apps).
• Design lead‑nurturing workflows, implement lead scoring models, and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Produce and maintain performance reports on open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and lead progression, presenting insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proven experience administering Pardot and running successful marketing automation campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
