About the role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding an assigned client portfolio, driving sales growth and strengthening the market position of El Catador's product range. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and achieving defined commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients within the designated territory or channel.
• Maintain and follow up on the active client portfolio.
• Present El Catador's product portfolio, highlighting attributes, benefits, and value propositions.
• Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Prepare quotations, track orders, and ensure successful sales closures.
• Meet monthly targets for sales, coverage, and collections where applicable.
• Conduct regular commercial visits to on‑trade and/or off‑trade customers.
• Keep client and sales information up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Execute merchandising actions, activations, and promotions at points of sale.
• Monitor product rotation, inventory levels, and shelf presentation.
• Handle incidents, complaints, or returns to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods, beverages, wine, or spirits.
• Result‑oriented with strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to plan and organize work.
• Customer‑service focus and teamwork orientation.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for client and sales management.
