About the role

The Travel Agency Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and executing strategic sales plans. The role works closely with the General Manager to meet budget targets and maximize profitability of travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate and individual accounts.
• Provide ongoing support and follow‑up for newly captured accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales budget and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to retain current clients and explore upsell opportunities.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan in partnership with senior management.
• Monitor and report on sales indicators and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Hotel Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in the tourism sector, preferably in group or event organization.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of operational systems and excellent written communication.
• Experience managing personnel.
