E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee, optimize, and expand our brand presence across major e‑commerce platforms, primarily Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Home Depot Supplier Hub/CommerceHub. You will manage end‑to‑end marketplace operations, including catalog management, listing optimization, inventory planning, promotional strategy, and account health monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain high‑converting product listings with SEO‑optimized titles, bullet points, enhanced brand content, and backend keywords.
• Daily setup and maintenance of items across Amazon, Home Depot, and secondary channels such as Wayfair, Lowe’s, and Walmart.
• Execute PPC campaigns, deal submissions, coupons, and channel‑specific promotional calendars to drive revenue and market share.
• Partner with supply‑chain teams to forecast demand, ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and manage FBA/Direct Fulfillment workflows.
• Proactively manage account metrics, policy compliance, case resolution, and brand protection/IP monitoring.
• Track KPIs including ROAS, TACoS, conversion rates, buy‑box ownership, and sales trends, presenting actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise e‑commerce accounts on Amazon and Home Depot.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
