E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager to grow our brand presence on major online platforms, primarily Amazon and Home Depot. The role will own end‑to‑end marketplace operations, from catalog creation to performance analysis, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Listing & Catalog Management: create, optimize and maintain high‑converting product listings with SEO‑friendly titles, bullet points, enhanced brand content and backend keywords.
• Platform Operations: daily setup and maintenance of items across Amazon, Home Depot and secondary channels such as Wayfair, Lowe’s and Walmart.
• Advertising & Promotions: execute PPC campaigns, Lightning Deals, coupons and channel‑specific promotional calendars to drive revenue and market share.
• Inventory & Demand Forecasting: partner with supply‑chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts and manage FBA or direct‑fulfillment workflows.
• Compliance & Account Health: monitor account metrics, ensure policy compliance, resolve cases and protect brand IP.
• Reporting & Analytics: track KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, conversion rates, buy‑box ownership and sales trends, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise e‑commerce accounts on Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) and Home Depot (Supplier Hub / CommerceHub).
• Proven track record of driving sales through marketplace optimization and promotional strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make revenue‑driving decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
