E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager – Amazon & Home Depot

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager to expand our brand presence across major online platforms, primarily Amazon and Home Depot. You will own end‑to‑end marketplace operations, from catalog management to promotional strategy and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize and maintain high‑converting product listings with SEO‑friendly titles, bullet points, enhanced brand content and backend keywords.
• Manage daily item setup and maintenance on Amazon, Home Depot and secondary channels such as Wayfair, Lowe’s and Walmart.
• Execute PPC campaigns, Lightning Deals, coupons and other promotional calendars to drive revenue and market share.
• Partner with supply‑chain teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee FBA or direct‑fulfillment workflows.
• Monitor account health, ensure policy compliance, resolve cases and protect brand IP.
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, buy‑box ownership and sales trends, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise e‑commerce accounts on Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) and Home Depot (Supplier Hub/CommerceHub).
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration and issue resolution.
