Document Services Officer

About the role

The Document Services Officer supports International Operations & Shared Services and the Business Service Center by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of documentation for corporate, commercial and mid‑market banking clients. The role focuses on onboarding new customers, processing account requests, and maintaining AML/KYC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the quality and accuracy of customer and bank‑generated documentation across corporate, commercial and mid‑market portfolios.
• Onboard new borrowing and non‑borrowing customers, handling requests for new and additional accounts and services.
• Verify that all AML/KYC documentation is complete and accurate before recommending account or product set‑up.
• Record documentation deficiencies, provide corrective‑action recommendations, and follow up for timely resolution.
• Open business accounts in the bank’s systems and prepare transmittal/forms for cash‑management and electronic‑banking products.
• Adhere to bank and centre security procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.

• Attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying deficiencies.
