About the role

To plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering academic, social, emotional and personal development in a safe, inclusive environment, aligned with the school’s mission, vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the Primary academic programme.
• Ensure effective delivery of curriculum and innovative, student‑centred teaching practices.
• Analyse academic results and develop continuous‑improvement plans.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the Primary teaching team, leading pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress and implement support strategies.
• Maintain timely communication with parents, participate in meetings and address concerns.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum required years of teaching experience in Primary Education (exact number not specified).
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom‑management and instructional skills.
• Sound knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate methodologies.
